Project work may begin after the required payment or deposit has been received. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
The number of revisions included in a project depends on the selected package or written agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Software integration services depend on the functionality, availability, APIs, permissions, and policies of third-party platforms.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that they have the legal right to use any materials, content, images, trademarks, software accounts, or other resources supplied to Pay Wise Sol.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables specifically included in the agreed project may be transferred to the client, subject to the applicable project agreement.
Third-party assets, fonts, software, plugins, stock materials, and other licensed resources remain subject to their respective licenses.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Pay Wise Sol may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials for promotional purposes.
Clients may request confidentiality for specific projects by contacting us before project completion.
Some projects may require third-party services, platforms, plugins, APIs, hosting, payment gateways, or software subscriptions. Third-party fees are generally the client’s responsibility unless specifically included in the project agreement.
Pay Wise Sol will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services. However, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses resulting from the use of our services or third-party platforms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue website features or services when necessary for maintenance, updates, security, or operational reasons.
Either party may request termination of a project subject to the applicable project agreement and our Refund Policy. Fees for work already completed or services already delivered may remain payable.
